Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
